Reciting Abraham Vanden Bempde's recovery of Judgement against Samuel Clarkson for £1200 debt on bill obligatory 18 December last Now party 1 agrees that if Samuel Clarkson die in lifetime of his father and unmarried, no execution shall be sued on the Judgement and same shall be void, but if Samuel Clarkson marries in lifetime of his father, or survive his father, then if Samuel Clarkson shall within six weeks after marriage in lifetime of his father, or on death of Robert Clarkson, he shall pay to Abraham Vanden Bempde £1000, then no execution shall be sued on the Judgement but in default thereof, Abraham Vanden Bempde may be at liberty to sue out execution or take other course for the recovery of the money |
