Reciting Inquisition 23 December 1 Ja II upon an Extent to find debts etc issuing out of the Court against Sir Patrick Trant, directed to the Sheriffs of London:
found that Abraham Vandebende by an assignment sealed with seal of William Earl of Inchiquin, dated 17 September 1684, was indebted to Sir Patrick Trant in £4000. Mr Ward praying that the Inquisition might be set aside for the insufficiency thereof in charging the said Abraham Vandebende with the £4000 and for other imperfections: and upon hearing of Mr Jenner on behalf of H M and Sir Patrick Trant, consenting that the Inquisition should be quashed as to the said £4000
It is ordered that the Inquisition and all proceedings thereon should be accordingly quashed
