Rent: £24 and 2 fat hens at Christmas

Covenants include additional penalty of rent of £5 for every acre converted to tillage without permission, the grinding of corn at the Lord’s Mill and payment of all taxes by lessor apart from church poor, constable assessments and chimney money.
