1 little house or undersettle with a grass garth adjoining 1 rood now occupied by lessees in Upleatham. Messuage lying on the west, the town street on the north and Mr. William Bardit south and the land to Upleatham field east, This lease is granted In consideration of £1 and 1 whole yearns table with sufficient meat and drink washing and lodging beginning at Martinmass last, If Peter Paller alias Guisburne late in Upleatham should make a lawful claim to the house and garth so that the lessee cannot enjoy them for the term granted by the lessor.

Covenants to re—pay the £1 and consideration for their year*s table and they are to allow a reasonable competence for the years they enjoy peaceably. If the lessor has no child or heirs then the lessees are to have the reversion for the term of 999 years at a peppercorn rent.
