Morrison had previously been convicted of felony at the Police Court for the borough of Middlesbrough held at Middlesbrough on 30 January 1885

Butler [sic] had previously been convicted of felony at the Police Court for the borough of Middlesbrough held at Middlesbrough on 12 November 1884

Neesham had previously been convicted of felony at the Police Court for the borough of Middlesbrough held at Middlesbrough on 24 August 1885

With certificate of conviction at Middlesbrough Petty Sessional Court held on 9 November 1885 of Thomas Finn of the borough of Middlesbrough labourer for stealing one iron stand value 1s, the property of John Pounder of the borough of Middlesbrough builder, on 14 October 1885 at the borough of Middlesbrough. Finn was sentenced to hard labour at the prison at Northallerton for three calendar months. Certificate dated 16 October 1886



With certificate of conviction at Middlesbrough Petty Sessional Court held on 28 December 1881 of Joseph Coates aged 15 years for stealing four bottles of porter value 9d , the property of William McKinnell and David Gibson of the borough of Middlesbrough beer dealers on 27 December 1881 at the borough of Middlesbrough. Coates was sentenced to hard labour at the House of Correction at Northallerton for 14 days, and then to a reformatory school for three years. Certificate dated 16 October 1886



With certificate of conviction at Middlesbrough Petty Sessional Court held on 30 January 1885 of Joseph Morrison of the borough of Middlesbrough labourer for stealing one pair of boots value 9s 6d, the property of Thomas Stainton of the borough of Middlesbrough boot dealer on 27 January 1885 at the borough of Middlesbrough. Morrison was sentenced to hard labour at the prison at Northallerton for 14 days. Certificate dated 16 October 1886



With certificate of conviction at Middlesbrough Petty Sessional Court held on 12 November 1884 of John William Butler of the borough of Middlesbrough labourer for stealing one timepiece value 6s 6d, the property of William Wighton of the borough of Middlesbrough moulder on 6 November 1884 at the borough of Middlesbrough. Butler was sentenced to hard labour at the prison at Northallerton for 21 days. Certificate dated 16 October 1886



With certificate of conviction at Middlesbrough Petty Sessional Court held on 24 August 1884 of Henry Neesham an adult for stealing apples value 6d, the property of Joseph Hodgson of the borough of Middlesbrough gentleman on 23 August 1885 at the borough of Middlesbrough. Neesham was fined 10s, with the sale of his goods or imprisonment in default of payment. Certificate dated 16 October 1886
