DescriptionBill of expenses of George Scruton constable of the township of Clifton for the board, lodging and conveyance of vagrants from the township of Clifton. Includes:

- Jane Purdy apprehended at Hull and conveyed to Kirby Hill on her way to Bowness in Cumberland on 30 March 1801

- Ann Cordis apprehended at Hull and conveyed to Neasham in county Durham on 2 April 1801

- Thomas Ward apprehended at Sculcoates and conveyed to Neasham in county Durham on 6 April 1801

- William Barnsey, his wife and two daughters, apprehended at Great Driffield and conveyed to Neasham in county Durham on 16 April 1801

- Mary Byrn apprehended at Gosberton in Lincolnshire and conveyed to Neasham in county Durham on 20 April 1801

- Catherine Scrivener apprehended at Gosberton in Lincolnshire and conveyed with Mary Byrn to Neasham in county Durham on 20 April 1801

- William Kirgulan apprehended at Clifton and conveyed to York on his way to Honley in the West Riding on 29 May 1801
