Finn was sentenced to hard labour at the prison at Northallerton for three calendar months. Certificate dated 16 October 1886
With certificate of conviction at Middlesbrough Petty Sessional Court held on 28 December 1881 of Joseph Coates aged 15 years for stealing four bottles of porter value 9d , the property of William McKinnell and David Gibson of the borough of Middlesbrough beer dealers on 27 December 1881 at the borough of Middlesbrough.
