With certificate of conviction at the Quarter Sessions for the West Riding held at Wakefield on 5 April 1886 of Walter Bark for stealing five hammers, one pan, and one shovel on 27 March 1886 at Halifax. Bark, with a previous conviction for felony, was sentenced to hard labour at the Wakefield county prison for 12 calendar months. Certificate dated 8 April 1889
